Jabalpur, 30 September (Read News). In Sihora Nagar of Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh, at around 10 pm on Tuesday night, the high speed bus entered the roadside Durga pandal. There was a stampede in this pandal. People started running around after saving their lives. Sihora police reached the spot as soon as the information was received. More than 20 people have been injured in the accident. All have been brought to Sihora Health Center. 6 has been referred to Jabalpur Medical College in critical condition.

According to the information received from the police, the bus number MP-49P-0251 going from Katni to Jabalpur was controlled near Gauri Tirahe in Sihora at around 10 pm and entered the pandal directly. As soon as the incident came to know about the incident, Sihora MLA Santosh Barkade reached the spot. He informed that Dean has been instructed to arrange for the treatment of the injured admitted in the medical college.

The names of 10 people injured in the accident have emerged. These include Roli Soni, Mamta Kol, Khushboo Dynasty, Vandana Burman, Sandhya Chaudhary, Shikha Chaudhary, Kailash Chaudhary, Manish Dahiya, Kodu Lal Burman, Sohanlal. The names of the remaining injured have not been known yet.

On receiving the information of the incident, the Collector-SP reached the spot and inquired about the case. Collector Raghavendra Singh has instructed the medical officers of the medical college to ensure proper treatment of the injured. Along with this, SDM Gorakhpur Anurag Singh has also been instructed to monitor the treatment of the injured by being present in the medical college.
