India-A vs Australia-A: Under the captaincy of Shreyas Iyer, India-A has performed brilliantly and won the series of 3 unofficial ODIs.

In the third and last match played against Australia-A in Kanpur, India-A won the series 2–1, registering a stunning win by two wickets. At one time the hosts reached the verge of defeat, but Vipraj Nigam and Arshdeep Singh gave India-A a great victory with the last 24 balls in the last. Earlier, India-A also won the two-match unofficial Test series 1-0. Prior to the tour of Australia, Shreyas Iyer performed brilliantly in this series and justified the BCCI's decision to be made the vice -captain of Team India.

India-A batsmen showed strength

Ryan Parag scored three consecutive half -centuries in this series. In the last Vipraj Nigam, with the help of 2 fours and 1 six in 32 balls, scored an unbeaten 24 runs and won the team.

From Australia A, Tod Murphy and Tanveer Sanga took 4-4 wickets.
