In the Delhi Test match against West Indies, Team India declared the innings by scoring a big score in just one and a half day with its strong batting. Team India, batting first, declared its first innings at 518 runs with the help of excellent centuries from Yashasvi Jaiswal and captain Shubman Gill. While Gill and Jaiswal scored centuries, batsmen like Sai Sudarshan, Dhruv Jurel and Nitish Kumar Reddy also played good innings. But due to Captain Gill's decision, star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja did not get a chance to bat and he vented his anger on West Indies with his bowling.

Saturday, October 11, was the second day of the Test match at the Arun Jaitley Stadium and here Team India declared in the second session of the day by adding 200 runs to its first day's score. Due to this, Jadeja did not get a chance to bat and after scoring a century in the last match, the opportunity to play a big innings once again slipped from his hands. But where would the last West Indies team go without Jadeja? If not batting, then bowling and fielding were still left and here Jadeja can prove to be a solution for any team. How could he have mercy on West Indies?

2-3 batsmen of West Indies made a strong start and also troubled the Indian bowlers for a long time. But here Ravindra Jadeja vented his anger at not getting batting by bowling. After not getting a chance to target the Caribbean bowlers with his bat, Jadeja trapped their batsmen one by one in the web of his spin. It started with the wicket of opener John Campbell, who was returned by Sai Sudarshan with a surprising catch.

But Jadeja's best wicket came after this. There was a big partnership between Alek Athanaz and Tejanren Chanderpaul and both of them took the team close to 100 runs. During this, Tejanren hit a six on the first ball of Jadeja's new over. Obviously the Indian spinner did not like this and within the next 2 balls he sent the West Indies opener back to the pavilion. Jadeja did not stop here and soon he sent West Indies captain Roston Chase back to the pavilion without opening the account.

If this was not enough, Jadeja, as usual, contributed in the fielding and sent back the most effective batsman to the pavilion. Jadeja took the catch of Alick Athanaz on the ball of Kuldeep Yadav, who scored the highest 41 runs for West Indies on the first day. Thus, after not getting a chance in batting, Jadeja showed excellence in bowling and fielding. In his 14 overs, Jadeja gave 37 runs and took 3 wickets. Due to this, West Indies, which was looking in good condition, had scored 140 runs after losing 4 wickets by the second day and was 378 runs behind Team India.
