Here, investigation was started in both the offices of Dr. Manish Aggarwal, HOD of Neuro Surgery Department. On behalf of the SMS administration, Additional Superintendent Dr. Rajesh Sharma has been made the nodal officer to help the ACB. During this time, ACB found many documents to the purchases made by Dr. Manish Aggarwal. Whose investigation has been started.

On the instructions of DG ACB Smita Srivastava, under the leadership of ASP Sandeep Saraswat, all the documents to the procurement of all items and equipment, indents made from the store and all the payments made under his signature during the tenure of Dr. Manish Aggarwal as HOD Neuro Surgery and Additional Principal SMS Medical College at SMS Hospital and Medical College were seized. ACB will seize the remaining records on Monday.
