India tour of Australia: Team India has left for Australia tour. For this the players took a flight from Delhi Airport. The special thing is that the new captain of Team India, Shubman Gill also left for Australia along with Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Earlier there were reports that Gill would fly to Australia on an evening flight with Gautam Gambhir instead of going with Rohit-Virat. Rohit-Virat will be seen in ODI after Champions Trophy

Rohit and Virat were last seen playing ODI in the Champions Trophy. India won the ICC tournament played in March this year under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. Both Rohit and Virat are now one-format players. Both have retired from T20 and Test. The ODI captaincy has also been taken from Rohit and given to Shubman Gill. Australia tour will now be the first test for Gill, who became the 28th ODI captain of Team India.

Complete schedule of India's Australia tour

Talking about India's tour of Australia, it will start from October 19. This tour will be a white ball series of 8 matches. First 3 ODI series will be played. Then after that there will be a T20 series of 5 matches.

India has to play the first ODI on 19 October in Perth. Then the second ODI is to be played in Adelaide on 23 October. After that the third and last ODI will be played in Sydney on 25 October. All these matches will start at 9 am Indian time.

There will be T20 series after ODI. The first T20 match will be played in Canberra on 29 October. After that the second T20 will be held in Melbourne on 31 October. The third T20 match will be played in Hobart on 2 November. Whereas the fourth T20 match will be held in Gold Coast on 6 November. The 5th and last T20 will be played in Brisbane on 8 November. All matches of the T20 series will start at 1:45 pm Indian time.
