Ranchi, October 15 (Read News). The delegation led by Chief Patron of Mahanagar Kali Puja Committee Alok Kumar Dubey and President Vinay Kumar Singh met Municipal Corporation Administrator Sushant Gaurav on Wednesday.

During this, the committee appealed for cooperation from the Municipal Corporation for successful conduct of the upcoming Kali Puja Festival and Chhath Puja in Ranchi. On behalf of the committee, it was said that it is expected that during Diwali and Chhath festivals, the Municipal Corporation will play an active role in cleaning arrangements and coordination of puja committees.

Administrator Sushant Gaurav said that in order to organize Kali Puja and Chhath Puja, supervisors and other officers have been posted in all the wards by the Municipal Corporation. The committee members met their chief patron and Lohardaga MLA cum former minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon and extended a formal invitation to him to participate in the Kali Puja festival.

Sanjay Kumar, Sanjeet Yadav, Ranjita Pandey, Sanjana Devi, Sanjay Soni and others were present in the delegation.
