Delhi: India's 15-member team for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is going to be announced in a few days. In such a situation, captain Rohit Sharma, coach Rahul Dravid and selection committee chairman Ajit Agarkar will meet in Delhi today. According to the International Cricket Council (ICC), it is mandatory to announce all the teams by May 1. Due to this, the Indian team can be announced in the next 2-3 days.

In the current Indian Premier League (IPL), Sanju Samson has played 9 matches and scored 385 runs including 4 half-centuries. KL Rahul has scored 378 runs in 9 matches including 3 half-centuries. Because of this, there is a tough competition between Sanju and Rahul as backup wicketkeeper. It is known that KL Rahul did not play in the Indian T20I team after the last T20 World Cup. Due to this, it is not known whether Rahul or Sanju Samson will be selected. Important information is expected to be released after today's meeting.

It remains to be seen who will be the other bowlers with him. There will be competition for the third spinner between Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel and Ravi Bishnoi.
