Shreyas Iyer is not a part of the Indian team in the T20 series against Australia. Despite this, the team management has stopped him in Australia only for his treatment. According to the report, he is in ICU for the last two days. The decision to keep Iyer in ICU has been taken due to the fear of infection due to internal bleeding. Now how many days he will remain admitted in the hospital will depend on his recovery. However, it is expected that he will have to remain in the hospital for about a week. It is clear that Shreyas Iyer will return to India only after complete recovery.
