Ranchi, 31 October (Read). On Friday, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhanjatri, a meeting was held with all the senior officials of the district regarding the preparation of the program to be organized on the State Foundation Day at Birsa Munda Football Stadium, Morhabadi Auditorium regarding the 25th Jharkhand State Foundation Day program.

In the meeting, every aspect was discussed in detail for the successful organization of the program and clear directions were given to the concerned officials.

SSP Rakesh Ranjan, Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Saurav Bhuvaniya, Sub-Divisional Officer Utkarsh Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Ranchi (Law and Order) Rajeshwar Nath, Superintendent of Police Nagar Paras Rana and all other senior officials of the district were present in the meeting.

To ensure the success of the program, instructions were given to complete every arrangement perfectly and on time. Deputy Commissioner said that this event is a symbol of Jharkhand’s glorious heritage, culture and development journey, full commitment of everyone is necessary to make it grand and memorable.

All officers got responsibility

In the meeting, responsibilities of all concerned officials were given for various aspects of the program like stage arrangement, security, traffic management, cleanliness, electricity system, hospitality, cultural program, exhibition, parking and emergency management. The Deputy Commissioner said that every officer will discharge his responsibilities with full devotion and efficiency and no negligence in this regard will be tolerated.

The Deputy Commissioner conducted a detailed inspection of the venue. During the inspection, he gave many instructions regarding stage construction, seating arrangements, security cordon, entry-exit gates, reception room, media center, medical arrangements and other facilities during the program. This includes complete cleanliness and hygiene in the stadium premises, deployment of additional police force for security and surveillance through CCTV, complete adherence to protocol for the guests and others.
