Team India registered a historic victory by performing brilliantly in both the bat and ball departments.
India won the toss and decided to bat first and scored 298 runs losing 7 wickets in 50 overs. Opener Shefali Verma played a explosive inning of 87 runs, while all-rounder Deepti Sharma made an important contribution of 58 runs.
