Before the IPL 2026 auction, news of new deals is continuously coming out in the trade window. While Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals are in the news for the trade of Ravindra Jadeja and Sanju Samson, now there is talk of an interesting exchange between Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants.

According to the report of Cricbuzz, Mumbai Indians’ young fast bowling all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar can go to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), while Shardul Thakur’s entry can be in Mumbai Indians (MI). According to the report, this deal may not be a complete trade but an all-cash transaction, although no official statement has come from both the franchises at the moment.

According to this report, the formal announcement of this swap deal can be made on November 15, when all the teams will release the list of their retained and released players.
