According to the several media reports going around, ace India batter Virat Kohliis all set to feature in the upcoming 2025-26 edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT). India's premier one-day competition is scheduled to get underway on December 24, as Delhi have been placed in the Elite Group 'D' and will be opening their season against Andhra.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently made it compulsory for contracted players to play domestic cricket when not engaged in national duty. While DDCA officials have reportedly confirmed that Kohli will feature for Delhi in a 'few matches', they did not guarantee whether he will take part in the entire tournament.
