There is a wave of mourning in the entire cricket world since the information about his demise came to light.

Josh Baker was a left arm spin bowler. He made his first-class debut for Worcestershire in July 2021. He was capped twice at England Under-19 level. During the Under-19 World Cup 2022, he was included as the team's traveling reserve.

Josh Baker was a talented player. He represented in 20 first-class matches till the end of last season, taking 39 wickets and also contributing with the bat, scoring two half-centuries. Josh Baker took a total of 70 wickets in all three formats and scored 525 runs with the bat.
