KKR became the first team to score 200 runs in T20 in this stadium.

The biggest role in making this record of KKR was played by the powerful openers Sunil Narine and Phil Salt. Both of them scored runs at a fast pace in the beginning and laid the foundation of a huge score for their team. On one hand, Narine scored 81 runs in 39 balls, which included 7 sixes and 6 fours. At the same time, Phil scored 32 runs in 14 balls, in which he hit 5 fours and 1 six. Star openers added 61 runs for the first wicket in 4.2 overs.
