While the New Zealand veteran failed to make an impact with the bat, knocks from Beth Mooney (58 off 46) and Anushka Sharma (39 off 25) helped GG post 174 for 8 in 20 overs. Left-arm spinner N. Shree Charani was the standout for Delhi, finishing with a four-wicket haul.
In reply, Delhi found itself in trouble at 100 for 6 in 14.3 overs. A rearguard seventh-wicket stand of 70 runs between Niki Prasad (47 off 24) and Sneh Rana (29 off 15) kept DC in contention, but Devine’s late heroics ultimately proved decisive.
