This is the time when we need to show our character.”

Sanju further said, “We needed to score a little more runs and I think 160-170 would have been a good score here. This season we are not used to playing on those wickets where 200 runs are easily scored. We needed to play smart cricket today and build a partnership. Hopefully the results of the upcoming matches will be in our favor.”

Punjab defeated Rajasthan by 5 wickets

If we talk about Rajasthan vs Punjab match, then in this match Samson had won the toss and decided to bat first but his batsmen could not perform well. Batting first, the team captained by Sanju scored 144 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Chasing this target, Punjab achieved it with 5 wickets remaining in 18.5 overs on the basis of captain Sam Curran's brilliant half-century innings.
