According to the report of The Indian Express, CSK said in its complaint that playing the song “Dosa, Idli, Sambhar, Chutney” during the match was not appropriate. This song is often used in memes to South Indian stereotypes on social media. A senior IPL official has confirmed the matter and said that the Governing Council is investigating the issue.

An IPL official said, “We have received a complaint from CSK and we are investigating it.” CSK Managing Director Kasi Vishwanathan said on this matter, “DJs are usually there to support the home team, but this was not the case at Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Some comments were made against our players. In view of this, we have complained to BCCI to investigate the matter.”

The song has an old connection with the rivalry between CSK and RCB.

This song, which has been composed by composer Gaana Appu. Has been associated with the rivalry between CSK and RCB for a long time. Fans often use it on social media.

Last year, RCB had also posted a video in which Jitesh Sharma was seen singing this song before the match against CSK. After this, CSK fans criticized him on this.
