Another option for CSK could be Rajvardhan Hangargekar, who has previously been part of the franchise. He is known for his pace, aggressive bowling and was picked by CSK after his impressive performances in the Under-19 World Cup.

He picked up 14 wickets in eight matches while representing the five-time champions. Although his recent IPL outings have been modest, including a four-wicket season with Rajasthan Royals in 2025, he remains a talented pacer capable of delivering under the right conditions.
