Rajasthan Royals chased a target of 223 against Punjab Kings and started strongly, reaching 84 for one in six overs. Sooryavanshi, who was dismissed in the fourth over, was instrumental in providing the team with a fast start.

Speaking on JioHotstar, Pujara praised Sooryavanshi’s attacking batting style and consistency, particularly during the Powerplay overs. He said, “It’s pure cinema watching Vaibhav Suryavanshi bat. Although Punjab Kings lost the match, their spinner Yuzvendra Chahal impressed with figures of 3 for 36 in four overs, taking wickets of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel and Riyan Parag.

Pujara also praised Chahal for his use of variations and resilience despite being hit. He stated, “Yuzvendra Chahal was exceptional, especially in the way he used his variations. Even after being hit, he had the courage to keep flying the ball, changing his pace and lines to create opportunities. His control over speed, ranging from the mid-70s to the mid-90s, makes it difficult for batters to settle.
