Delhi : IPL 2026 is over. The trophy has been lifted, new stars have been found and many big records have also been made. But if any one bowler left his mark without much discussion in the entire season, it was Mohsin Khan. In a season where the dominance of the batsmen was clearly visible, where big scores were being made in every match and the bowlers were seen struggling, Mohsin Khan caught everyone’s attention with his accurate bowling. He bowled three maiden overs for Lucknow Super Giants and became the first bowler in the team’s history to do so. The most surprising thing was that he achieved this feat by playing only seven matches in the entire season.

Mohsin Khan’s biggest achievement was not limited to just maiden overs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who had created problems for the bowlers throughout the season, batted aggressively against big bowlers and continuously hit big shots, was seen struggling in front of Vaibhav Mohsin. Mohsin Khan was the only bowler to bowl a maiden over against Vaibhav Suryavanshi in the entire IPL 2026. The batsman who had spoiled the strategy of the bowlers of almost every team, Mohsin also did not give him a chance to score runs freely. This was the reason that after the end of the season, a discussion started among cricket lovers that if any bowler really did the job of stopping Vaibhav, it was Mohsin Khan.

Not only this, Mohsin Khan also became the only bowler to bowl more than one maiden over in IPL 2026. He achieved this feat against strong teams like Delhi, Rajasthan and Kolkata. While many big-name bowlers could not leave much of an impact despite playing the entire season, Mohsin made his mark in limited matches only. Even though the batsmen grabbed most of the headlines throughout the season, Mohsin Khan proved that a bowler with the right strategy, precise line and patience under pressure can change the course of the match even today.
