LDA Housing Scheme 2026: Amidst the increasingly expensive property market and increasing population, buying your own home is still the biggest dream of millions of families. According to officials, this scheme has been designed keeping in mind those families who want better residential facilities in limited budget.
'Aditi Apartment' will be constructed in the Adarsh section of Anant Nagar Yojana in an area of approximately 18,411 square meters. Under the project:

According to LDA, a total of five multi-storey residential towers will be built in Aditi Apartment. The specialty of the project will not be limited only to building construction, but special attention has also been paid to providing open and natural environment to the residents. Park and green belt will be developed in about 7,555 square meter area, which will provide a beautiful view of greenery from most of the flats.
The problem of parking is continuously increasing in big cities. Keeping this in mind, LDA has included adequate parking arrangements in this project. Basement and stilt parking facility will be available here, where arrangements will be made to park about 545 four-wheelers. With this, residents will not have to face separate hassles for parking their vehicles.
