1 BHK and 2 BHK flats will be available

'Aditi Apartment' will be constructed in the Adarsh ​​section of Anant Nagar Yojana in an area of ​​approximately 18,411 square meters. Under the project:

  • 412 flats of 1 BHK category will be built.
  • The area of ​​each 1 BHK flat will be 38.25 square meters.
  • 980 flats will be of 2 BHK category.
  • The area of ​​each 2 BHK flat will be 50.10 square meters.

In this way, a total of 1392 flats will be developed keeping in mind the needs of people of different income groups.

The project will be developed in five modern towers

According to LDA, a total of five multi-storey residential towers will be built in Aditi Apartment. The specialty of the project will not be limited only to building construction, but special attention has also been paid to providing open and natural environment to the residents. Park and green belt will be developed in about 7,555 square meter area, which will provide a beautiful view of greenery from most of the flats.

There will be no parking problem

The problem of parking is continuously increasing in big cities. Keeping this in mind, LDA has included adequate parking arrangements in this project. Basement and stilt parking facility will be available here, where arrangements will be made to park about 545 four-wheelers. According to LDA Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh, the project has been designed as per modern residential standards. Major facilities available in the flats:
