He opened the innings with Sanju Samson, who was once again disappointing with the bat, amassing just 1 off 7 balls to register his third consecutive failure. Ishan Kishan was run out due to a horrible mix-up with Abhishek, with the Men in Blue struggling at 6 for 2.
