Lucknow: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) made their place in the playoffs by winning by 27 runs in their last league match against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). With this, CSK's journey ended in the league stage itself and they were out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. After this, Bengaluru had to face defeat in the match played against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad and their season ended. After the victory against CSK, veteran batsman Virat Kohli was seen celebrating aggressively.

After RCB's defeat in the eliminator match, former Chennai player Ambati Rayudu is not holding back from making fun of Bengaluru on social media. He recently shared a video on his official Instagram account, in which players were seen celebrating CSK winning 5 trophies. He had posted this video especially to troll RCB and now two Chennai fast bowlers Deepak Chahar and Mathisha Pathirana have also joined it.
Actually, while sharing the video, Rayudu had written that “Just a memory from the 5-time champion.” Chahar and Pathirana also reacted to his post, which is currently a topic of discussion on the internet. Let us tell you that while reacting to this, Chahar posted a salute emoji, while Mathisha shared a laughing emoji. These players reacting like this are currently going viral on social media.

Ambati Rayudu gave a big statement after Bengaluru's defeat
Even after Bengaluru's defeat in the eliminator match, Ambati was seen giving similar controversial statements during a conversation on Star Sports. He had said that “RCB should understand that you cannot win the IPL trophy by aggressive celebrations. One cannot achieve success in IPL just by defeating Chennai Super Kings. To win the trophy you have to be a team and perform well in the playoffs. RCB will have to trust Indian players and Indian coaches. This is the Indian Premier League and you cannot ignore the Indian players in this.”
