Similarly, Hyderabad player Abhishek Sharma achieved the distinction of playing his 100th T20 match. And so far 1000 sixes have been hit in this season.
This season, a record has been made for hitting 1000 sixes in the fewest number of balls. A total of 1000 sixes were hit in 13,079 balls. 1000 sixes were hit on 16,269 balls in the 2022 season and on 15,390 balls in the 2023 season. A total of 1,062 sixes were hit in the 2022 season and 1,124 in 2023.
