ICC announce star-studded commentary panel: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a list of star-studded commentators for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. The ICC has selected 40 commentators for this major tournament, which includes legends like Ravi Shastri, Ian Bishop, Harsha Bhogle and Ricky Ponting. In this tournament, which will last for about 1 month, all these 40 legends will be seen entertaining and educating the audience with their analysis and live commentary.

ICC has also included Dinesh Karthik in this panel. Recently Karthik had said goodbye to IPL and in the last few years he has made a strong name for himself in commentary. Therefore, Dinesh Karthik has also entered the T20 World Cup. Apart from him, commentary veterans Ravi Shastri, Harsha Bhogle, Mel Jones, Ian Bishop, Nasir Hussain and Ian Smith are also included in the panel.

50-over World Cup winners Ricky Ponting, Sunil Gavaskar, Matthew Hayden, Ramiz Raja, Eoin Morgan, Tom Moody and Wasim Akram will also give their expert analysis in the upcoming tournament. Making his World Cup debut, American commentator James O'Brien – better known as Jomboy – will aim to connect the American audience to cricket.

Let us tell you that this big tournament is going to be organized from 2 June as per Indian time and a total of 55 matches will be played in the tournament. USA and West Indies are jointly hosting the T20 World Cup this time. The first match will be played between host USA and Canada.
