Speaking to Dainik Jagran before flying to T20 World Cup 2024, Rinku said that when he started playing cricket, he had never imagined that he would be able to earn so much money. This batsman has been with the KKR franchise since 2018. Rinku was bought in the auction in 2018 for Rs 80 lakh and then brought back in 2022 for Rs 55 lakh. When asked how he stays grounded, Rinku said that he has a simple mantra in his life. Rinku said that it is important to stay grounded. He said, “To tell you the truth today, all this is an illusion. Neither have you brought anything with you, nor will you take anything with you. You don't know when times will change. I would like to say that you will have to go back on the same path you came from.”
